The MTOP Associate Program supports highly qualified international professionals in (re)entering the Austrian job market. In six months, you'll gain the know-how, network, and self-confidence you need for a successful career.

The participation fee is a one-time payment of €100 per associate. Payment is due only after 6 weeks of the start of the Associate Program and can be made in installments. All workshops, including CV photo shoots, coaching sessions, and advanced courses, are included in the offer.

Voraussetzungen

Requirements

The MTOP Associate Program is right for you if:

You have a valid residence permit with access to the labor market in Austria (asylum, subsidiary protection or Red-White-Red Card plus).

You have completed a degree or vocational training.

Your German is at least at B1 level or your English is at least at B2 level.

You are motivated to develop yourself personally and want to continue or start your career in Austria as soon as possible.

You are open-minded and share our vision.

The MTOP Associate Program is not (yet) right for you if:

You are still in the asylum process or do not have a work permit in Austria.

You have not yet completed your vocational training.

The timing is not right for you personally to start your career.

You can dedicate less than three to four hours per week to the program.

Intercultural exchange and new perspectives don't (yet) appeal to you.
