MTOP is a social business founded in 2016 by Nina Poxleitner, Julian Richter and Lisa-Maria Sommer-Fein. They worked as Teach For Austria Fellows at secondary schools in Vienna for two years and experienced first-hand that integration in Austria does not yet work as it should. This was the starting point in their journey to show the great potential of integration in Austria and make the advantages of diversity tangible. By bringing together well-educated refugees and Austrian companies, they have turned their vision into reality.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Stephan Dertnig hat 25 Jahre internationale Beratungserfahrung bei der Boston Consulting Group. Michael Hagelm\u00fcller<\/h5>\n

Michael Hagelm\u00fcller war er als Mitarbeiter des \u00f6sterreichischen Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Arbeit, Soziales und Konsumentenschutz an der Initiierung des \u00f6sterreichweit ersten Social Impact Bond \u201ePERSPEKTIVE:ARBEIT\u201c beteiligt. Als Projektmanager bei Ashoka bringt er jetzt seine Expertise in der Entwicklung von nachhaltigen Businessmodellen bei jungen sozialen Unternehmen ein und vernetzt sie mit erfahrenen Ashoka Fellows.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Katharina Turnauer unterst\u00fctzt mit ihrer Stiftung seit vielen Jahren soziale Projekte und Unternehmungen. Sie hat f\u00fcr sich die wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren folgenderma\u00dfen identifiziert; eine gute Idee mit einem guten Businessplan, ein gutes Team sowie finanzielle Ressourcen und ein breites Netzwerk. \u201cMTOP vereint all das f\u00fcr mich\u201d, sagt sie. Josef Waltl<\/h5>\n

Josef Waltl blickt auf eine lange internationale Karriere zur\u00fcck. Nach 32 Jahren ging er als Executive Vice-President der Royal Dutch Shell in Pension. Seit 2009 ist er auch Vortragender an der Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t, Wien. Josef erinnert uns als Mentor stetig daran, uns zu fokussieren und nicht das Wichtige aus dem Auge zu verlieren.
